The hotel offers a plentiful and particularly nice breakfast with cheeses done very nice and bacon, for instance. The location is marvellous and fantastic and they have parking on-site...

The airport is 10 km away, easy to reach. The double room is fashionable, we also really enjoyed magnificent views. The breakfasts are plentiful and sensational.

Spotlessly clean room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Large bathrooms with a bath. Marvellous location adjacent to a major rail station, restaurants, and close to the centre; fast check-in.

Comfortable hotel less than 10 minutes walk from the Metro which was about 2 stops from the town centre. In a safe area with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and best quality bed linen which was changed every day. All the staff were very pleasant and most helpful.
Called itself a 5 star hotel but it was not up to international 5 star standards but then they were not charging international 5 star prices. Breakfast was not as good as it could have been while dinner was excellent.

It is a cool small quiet old hotel that has been updated but still has the old charm. The staff was wonderful. The front desk people were extremely helpful with all arrangements and suggestions
The nightstands need to be replaced or refurbished. A minor detail.

Nothing was good there in this hotel except more or less close location to the center.
That was the worst hotel I ever lived in. There is no place to park. When I arrived with a huge bag nobody met me at the entrance. The hotel is absolutely old and requires urgent construction works. Walls are covered with old wall papers which are all over with dirty spots. There is everywhere a smell of dusty, not fresh carpets. The TV is very small and is hanging at the ceiling. There is no iron in the room and The service of ironing costs 10 Euro per one dress, which is quite an amount versus to a free of charge same service in a 4 star hotel in Italy. The personnel is talking to each other and ignoring you staying close to them until you interrupt them. And this is all a 5 star hotel. I would think to give them even 3 stars.

Nothing actually , maybe location is good.
It was awful Hotel. It can be ranked as a 3 star hotel but not 5 Start Hotel. I think they should re consider its level. Rooms are tiny , you can not go in the shower box easily, breakfast is very poor, facilities are very poor. I recommend to make it hostel not hotel BAD experience for me

The breakfast was ok.
This is not a five-star hotel, rather a three-star hotel. Hotel rooms were not fresh.

Great location with some great restaurants near by. Metro links are good. Although limited it had international television and again not the fasted the internet facilities were free and it worked throughout our stay.
The hotel was rather aged although clean and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful but limited and tired looking when eating at 10am. Some of the reception staff were difficult, i wouldn't say rude but not friendly and helpful, although this can not be said for all of them some were very great, remembering our room number and offering a friends service. I didn't feel the hotel reflected it star rating, although saying that I would stay there again due to its availability and location. tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a nice addition.
